A cool windy day calls for chai tea made as follows:
2 cups of water in a pan, with a piece of a cinnamon stick, 8 cardamon pods and 8 cloves simmered for 10 minutes. Black tea, either loose or a bag, and a cup of milk added, simmered for 2 minutes. I drank mine without sugar, but sweetener can be added to taste.
