Vancouver visit

Last evening ate dinner at Ouisi restaurant on Granville Street, then saw The Importance of Being Earnest at the Stanley Theatre. Sad to hear that the Vancouver Canucks lost their first NHL playoff hockey game to the Los Angeles Kings (everyone in the theatre was checking the score on their smart phones during intermission - quite amusing).
Woke up this morning to a wonderful view of freighters in the harbour.
A freshly painted freighter guided by a towboat, heading into Vancouver Harbour underneath the Lions Gate Bridge. Stanley Park is in the background.
Freighters at anchor in English Bay. Looking from West Vancouver at Spanish Banks and the University Endowment Lands in the background.
