Grand daughter's Christmas Dress

I just finished this dress for my 18 months old grand daughter. I used a lovely vintage pattern reprinted by Simplicity 2392. I made the dress from coral pink cotton velveteen fabric and finished it with a lace collar that had belonged to my husband's grandmother. That means that for my grand daughter, it will be the lace collar of her great-great-grandmother. How cool is that!
